Order Submission
To submit an order, you are required to provide us with your name, email address, payment details, and images. We will use your images to produce videos and send them to you via email.
Payment
You agree to pay us the fees listed on our website for the videos we produce and send to you. You must provide us with valid payment details, and we will use the payment information you provide to process your order.
Delivery
We will send your videos to the email address you provide during the order submission process. We will strive to send your videos within the timeframe specified on our website, but we cannot guarantee delivery within any specific timeframe.
Your video will be sent via email. Therefore, please ensure to check your spam folder.
If your personalized video contains an error, please contact us. We will provide a solution as quickly as possible.
However, we do not provide compensation for the following:
The actors danced "too little".
The personalized video is too short. The videos are typically 40-60 seconds long. Please respect the actors' work and time. Up to 60 seconds possible upon request - but not longer than that.
The text was mispronounced. We cannot guarantee that the actors will be able to pronounce the text perfectly in every language.
Intellectual Property
You retain all rights in the images you provide to us. By providing us with your images, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, global license to use the images for the purpose of producing videos for you. You also declare and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant us this license.
We retain all rights in the videos we produce, and you may not copy, distribute, or otherwise use the videos without our prior written consent.
Warranties and Liability Limitation
We warrant that the videos we produce for you will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. If you believe that a video is defective, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS CONTRACT OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICE.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
