Q: When will I receive my order?
A: We typically need 2-3 days to deliver the order. If order volume is high, please be patient, as there may be a slight delay. We can only process a limited number of orders per day. Please wait a few days before contacting us.

Q: What if I paid for a Priority Order?
A: If you paid for a priority order, it will be prioritized and completed within 2 days. Please note that the day you place your order does not count as day one. We process all videos individually, so bear with us.

Q: How will the video be delivered?
A: We will send the video to you via email.

Q: I can't find my video!
A: Please check your email and spam folder. If you still cannot find it, kindly contact us, and we will assist you.

Q: Are the people getting exploited?
A: Absolutely not. We are in direct contact with our teams and communicate daily. Payments go directly to them, with no third party involved.
